Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2025

Service description

GridZon is an AI-curated daily intelligence briefing for data centre industry professionals, operated by GridZon (Canada). By signing up, you agree to receive a daily email digest summarizing publicly available news and industry developments.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Content and accuracy

GridZon summaries are generated using AI and sourced from publicly available news feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Briefings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

GridZon is licensed for personal and internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish briefing content without written permission. Each seat is for one individual — team plans allow use by the purchased number of named users within a single organization.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridZon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
