What we collect
When you sign up for GridZon, we collect your email address and your topic preferences. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information — we never see or store your card details. We store your subscription status and plan type to manage your account.
How we use it
Your email is used exclusively to send you the GridZon daily briefing and essential account communications (e.g., trial expiry notices). Your topic preferences are used to personalize which sections appear in your briefing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate GridZon:
- Resend — email delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Upstash Redis — subscriber data storage
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated digest summaries
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your email and preferences for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe or cancel, your data is retained for up to 90 days before deletion, unless you request immediate removal.
Your rights
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@gridzon.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
